Job Requirements      

• Qualified artisan. (Builders).
• Senior Certificate.
• 5 years’ experience in the building environment.
• 5 years’ experience in the building environment.

Roles and Responsibilities 

Projects & Property Maintenance

• Manage all projects from start to completion in the approved timeframes.
• Source materials required for the projects.
• Manage labour required for the projects.
• Ensure all work is carried out to an acceptable standard ISO 14001.

Property Maintenance

• Maintain and keep the buildings and property in good order
• Perform any alterations to buildings or upgrade the facilities as required.
• To undertake any new building projects when required.
• Plan and allocate labour to property maintenance projects.
• Ensure all work orders are completed .
• Ensure all work is performed to meet the building code of conduct.
• Ensure all subordinates conform to all safety requirements .
• Ensure all materials required are ordered in time and suppled correctly as per the order.
• Ensure good time keeping and discipline within the relevant team.

Job objectives:
Technical skills and specialist knowledge:

• Brick laying.
• Concrete work and shuttering.
• Plumbing.
• Roofing.
• Ceilings.
• Painting, Walls and floors.
• Water proofing.
• Basic carpentry.
• Erection of scaffolding.
